No, you do not need a medical marijuana card to purchase from House of Strains. We are a legal recreational dispensary, and anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID can purchase products.

At House of Strains, we accept cash, debit card or Aeropay. For debit card transactions, you must have the physical card present at the time of the transaction. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards at this time. Alternatively, for your convenience, House of Strains has an ATM on site.  

Currently, NYS law does not allow dispensaries to offer loyalty programs, discounts or promotions; however, there is an amendment that we hope will be passed to allow such programs.  When this passes, House of Strains is equipped and ready to go. All existing clients’ previous transactions will be retroactively added to the program and all previous sales will be counted towards your loyalty status.

House of Strains is pet friendly; however, unless the dog is a service animal, we do request that large dogs please wait outside for the safety and comfort of our other shoppers. For your pet’s comfort, we have a dog bowl with fresh water placed just outside our store daily and free dog treats are available upon request (non-thc).

Yes, according to NYS law, adults 21 years or older can purchase up to three ounces (85 grams) of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (oils, tincture, edibles, vapes, etc.) in a single day. 

To help ensure timely deliveries, please keep your phone’s volume on and avoid using “Do Not Disturb” mode when expecting your order. If the delivery driver arrives and cannot reach you because you’re not home or miss the calls/texts, the order will be returned to the store.

In such cases, you have two options:

1. Redelivery: We can redeliver your order for a $50 redelivery fee.
2. Partial Refund: If you no longer wish to receive the order, we can issue a refund, minus a $25 undeliverable service fee.
