House of Strains is open seven days a week, with extended hours to accommodate our valued customers. You can visit us in-store Monday through Sunday from 10am to 10pm. Alternatively, you can have your order conveniently delivered to your door from 10am to 10pm — 7 days a week. Holiday hours may differ. 

Our second location, House of Strains II (133-36 Whitestone Expressway), is also open seven days a week.

Yes, per state regulations, House of Strains requires a valid government-issued ID verifying that you are 21 years of age or older for entry and purchase.

Yes, House of Strains offers convenient and discreet, same-day delivery services from Manhattan to Montauk, including Queens neighborhoods like Flushing, Astoria, and Jamaica, plus Brooklyn and Long Island, from 10am-10pm, 7-days a week. Holidays hours may differ.

The delivery fee for House of Strains is a nominal $3 fee charged by our online delivery service provider. 

To help ensure timely deliveries, please keep your phone’s volume on and avoid using “Do Not Disturb” mode when expecting your order. If the delivery driver arrives and cannot reach you because you’re not home or miss the calls/texts, the order will be returned to the store.

In such cases, you have two options:

1. Redelivery: We can redeliver your order for a $25 redelivery fee, which covers the cost of labor, time, and gas.
2. Partial Refund: If you choose not to have your order redelivered, we will issue a partial refund, minus a 20% undeliverable service fee to cover labor, time, gas, and restocking costs.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience an issue related to a product or hardware defect — not caused by handling, misuse, or other human error — please contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase at (718) 799-0081 or use the customer chat feature in our app and we will be happy to review the issue.

Please Note: To properly evaluate any claim, we must first confirm that the purchase was made at House of Strains. If we cannot locate an order in our records, we will be unable to provide assistance.

Yes, there is FREE street parking available. 

Yes, according to NYS law, adults 21 years or older can purchase up to three ounces (85 grams) of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (oils, tincture, edibles, vapes, etc.) in a single day. 

No, you do not need a medical marijuana card to purchase from House of Strains. We are a legal recreational dispensary, and anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID can purchase products.

At House of Strains, we accept cash, debit card or Aeropay. For debit card transactions, you must have the physical card present at the time of the transaction. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards at this time. Alternatively, for your convenience, House of Strains has an ATM on site.  

Yes, House of Strains is fully licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management. Our license number is CAURD-OCM-24-000123.

Yes, all of our cannabis products are lab-tested to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with New York State regulations.

At House of Strains, we offer a diverse selection of premium cannabis products, including but not limited to whole flower, disposable vape pens, 510 threaded vape cartridges, gummy or chocolate edibles, concentrates like badder or hash, pre-rolls, infused products, tinctures, topicals, smoking accessories, and more. House of Strains is also a proud official retailer of Puffco and PAX devices. In addition to cannabis, House of Strains also carries various CBD products that are non-psychoactive.

House of Strains is pet friendly; however, unless the dog is a service animal, we do request that large dogs please wait outside for the safety and comfort of our other shoppers. For your pet’s comfort, we have a dog bowl with fresh water placed just outside our store daily and free dog treats are available upon request (non-thc). 

Yes! We do sell House of Strains Gift Certificates! They can be purchased in person. Gift Certificates must be purchased with cash only. Rewards points are not allowed to be used to purchase Gift Certificates. 

House of Strains has two adult-use dispensaries in Flushing, Queens. The original House of Strains is at 161-05 29th Avenue, Flushing, NY 11358, (718) 799-0081. 

Our second location, House of Strains II, is at 133-36 Whitestone Expressway, Flushing, NY 11354, (718) 799-0000. 

Both are fully licensed by the NYS Office of Cannabis Management and carry the same premium selection of cannabis flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, pre-rolls, and accessories, with same-day delivery from Manhattan to Montauk.

Yes. You can shop our full menu and order online anytime or through the House of Strains app (free on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Browse cannabis flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages, topicals, and CBD, then choose same-day delivery or in-store pickup at either Flushing location. You’ll verify you’re 21+ with a valid ID at delivery or pickup.

House of Strains offers same-day cannabis delivery from Manhattan to Montauk. That includes Queens neighborhoods such as Flushing, Astoria, and Jamaica, as well as Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Most orders arrive in under two hours. Enter your address at checkout to confirm you’re within our delivery zone.

House of Strains keeps order minimums low so it’s easy to get what you need, and delivery is a flat $3 fee. Same-day orders are typically delivered in under two hours during delivery hours by our own licensed local drivers, no third-party couriers.

No appointment is needed, walk-ins are welcome at both Flushing locations during business hours. Just bring a valid, government-issued ID showing you’re 21 or older. Prefer to skip the wait? Order ahead online or in the app for in-store pickup.

Yes. Order online or in the app and select pickup at either our 161-05 29th Avenue or 133-36 Whitestone Expressway location. Bring a valid 21+ ID when you arrive and your order will be ready for you.

No. Under federal and New York State law, cannabis cannot be mailed or shipped. House of Strains delivers locally only, within our New York service area from Manhattan to Montauk, with licensed drivers who verify your ID and confirm you’re 21 or older in person at the time of delivery.
